Jin Shin Self-Help · The Practice
The hand is a map.
The breath is the key.
Each finger holds an emotional current. To hold a finger is to listen — to gently release what the body has been carrying. Begin where you are drawn. Hold until you feel the breath soften.

A practice of return.
Six gentle holds. No special skill required.
Jin Shin Jyutsu is the art of harmonizing the body's energy through gentle touch. Each finger is connected to an emotional current and an organ pair. To hold a finger — wrapping your whole opposite hand around it — is to invite that current home.
How to practice
Choose a finger. Wrap your opposite hand around it like a soft cradle. No pressure.
Breathe naturally. The body will tell you when it's complete — usually two to five
minutes is enough.
