By accessing my36breaths.com or any related platform, purchasing a product or service, or creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or accessing under parental/guardian supervision for family wellness programs), and you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with these terms, please discontinue use of our platform. We reserve the right to update these terms as our services grow, and continued use constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.

My36Breaths provides the following services and products:

• Digital Courses & Programs: Online self-paced and live-guided educational courses covering breathwork, emotional health, mindfulness, Jin Shin Jyutsu self-help techniques, and AI navigation for families.
• Life & Wellness Coaching: One-on-one and group coaching sessions with Christina Kruger, CEO and founder.
• Interactive Digital Tools: The Emotional Health Tracker, Jin Shin self-help tool, and other wellness resources available within your client dashboard.
• Live Events & Retreats: In-person and virtual retreats, workshops, and community gatherings.
• Handcrafted Jewelry Shop: Original goldsmith-designed jewelry and gemstone pieces, made to order and shipped within stated timelines.
• Free Resources: Blog articles, meditations, hand mudras, mantras, and music made available to the community at no charge.

Certain features — including course access, the client dashboard, and the Emotional Health Tracker — require you to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information during registration.
• Keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with others.
• Notify us immediately at hello@my36breaths.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are used in ways that harm the community.

All purchases on the My36Breaths platform are processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase you agree to:

• Provide valid and current payment information.
• Authorize the applicable charge to your payment method.
• Pay any applicable sales taxes or fees as required by law.

Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). My36Breaths reserves the right to change pricing at any time; changes will not affect purchases already completed.

For jewelry orders: items are handcrafted and may require additional production time. Estimated shipping timelines will be communicated at checkout and via email confirmation.

Digital Courses & Programs: Due to the nature of digital content, all course and program purchases are non-refundable once access has been granted. If you experience technical issues preventing access, please contact us within 7 days and we will work to resolve it.

Coaching Sessions: Sessions cancelled at least 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled at no charge. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited. Please reach out directly to discuss extenuating circumstances — we are human and understand life happens.

Retreats & Events: Cancellation policies are specific to each event and will be clearly stated at the time of registration.

Jewelry & Physical Products: In-stock items may be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original, unworn condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. To start a return or arrange an exchange for a different size or style, email us at hello@my36breaths.com.

Made-to-Order Jewelry: Custom and made-to-order pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded. If a piece arrives with a manufacturing defect, we will repair or remake it at no cost.

All content on the My36Breaths platform — including course materials, videos, guided meditations, written resources, tool designs, jewelry designs, logos, photography, and brand assets — is the exclusive intellectual property of My36Breaths and Christina Kruger, protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access and use the content for your own wellness journey. You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, sell, or share course content with others.
• Use My36Breaths materials for commercial purposes without written permission.
• Claim authorship of any My36Breaths content.
• Modify or create derivative works based on our materials without consent.

My36Breaths is a safe, supportive community. By using our platform, you agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or demean other community members or staff.
• Post false, misleading, or defamatory content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform.
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Share account credentials or allow others to access your purchased content.
• Engage in spamming, phishing, or unsolicited commercial messaging.

Violations may result in immediate account suspension and, where appropriate, legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, My36Breaths and its founder, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — our services, content, or products.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to My36Breaths in the 90 days preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or liability — in those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Our platform uses trusted third-party services including Stripe (payment processing), Hostinger (hosting), and email delivery providers. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. My36Breaths is not responsible for the practices or performance of third-party providers. Links to external websites do not constitute endorsement of their content.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Colorado. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts for such purposes.

As My36Breaths grows and evolves, we may update these Terms of Service to reflect new services, legal requirements, or community feedback. When material changes are made, we will notify registered users by email and post the updated terms on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our platform following notification constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
